Refund & Cancellation Policy

Hum Harshit Web Solutions mein best quality service dene ka waada karte hain. Hamari Refund Policy niche diye gaye points par adharit hai:
I. Service Initiation & Deposits
Kisi bhi project ko shuru karne ke liye jo 50% Advance Deposit (Token Amount) liya jata hai, wo Non-Refundable hota hai kyunki wo resources aur planning ke liye use hota hai.
Ek baar kaam shuru hone ke baad, spent kiye gaye hours aur effort ka refund nahi mil sakta.
II. Cancellation Policy
Project Cancellation: Agar client project ke beech mein kaam rokna chahta hai, toh unhe tab tak kiye gaye kaam ka poora payment karna hoga.
Monthly Management: Amazon/Shopify/etc.. account handling (jaise 10-month plan) ke liye client kabhi bhi cancel kar sakta hai, lekin us mahine ki fees refund nahi hogi.
III. Refund Eligibility (Kab refund mil sakta hai?)
Refund sirf niche di gayi conditions mein hi consider kiya jayega:
Agar Harshit Web Solutions ne project bilkul shuru hi nahi kiya hai (within 24 hours of payment).
Agar hum technical wajah se agreed services deliver karne mein poori tarah asamarth (unable) hain.
IV. No Refunds in These Cases:
Account Suspension: Amazon, Flipkart, ya Zomato dwara aapka account suspend hone par hum zimmedar nahi hain aur koi refund nahi milega, kyunki suspensions platform ki policies par depend karte hain.
Delayed Feedback: Agar client ki taraf se info milne mein deri hui aur project delay hua, toh refund nahi milega.
Change of Mind: Kaam shuru hone ke baad "ab store nahi chalana" jaise kaaranon par refund nahi diya jayega.
